We had a terrific tour of Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. Though the tour was of continuos travels in flights, train and bus, the company we had was great and not monotonous. All the sites included in the itinerary were covered with great fervour and exitement. Accommodation and food was as per our expectation from a great tour company like 'Parichay' and the visits were exemplary. The tour manager, Anirban Ghosal, was enterprising, helpful, guiding, and even added tour places when he felt that the going was not interesting, especially the two hour boat ride in the Mekong river as well as the PakOu Caves to view the advent of Buddhism in the area more than 500 years ago. The visits to War Remnants Museum and Cu Chi Tunnel were another interesting visits. The Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, Ta Ken and finally, the Royal Palace visit in Phnom Penh in Cambodia were also very satisfying, as they showed glimpses of the great history of Vietnam. Overall, we had highly fulfilled expectations. We would like to be with 'Parichay' in more tours and we have to admit that they have mastered the art to make every internatiinal trip wonderful. We wish all success to Parichay in their future endeavours.

গ্রীস ও তুরস্ক ভ্রমণ শেষে, পরিচয় সংস্থার প্রশংসা করতেই হয়, বিশেষ করে এই group এ আমরা সবাই SrCtz ছিলাম. আমাদের সবাই কে সুন্দর ভাবে এতোগুলো জায়গা ঘুরিয়ে দেখানো, নিশ্চই কৃতিত্বের দাবি রাখে। সংস্থার বৈশিষ্ঠ, সঠিক খরচে আরামদায়ক ভ্রমণ । যদিও itinerary তে বলা ছিল light lunch, কিন্ত আমরা প্রতিদিনই full lunch পেয়েছি, খাওয়া দাওয়া, আর আরামদায়ক ভ্রমণ ছাড়াও প্রতিটি দর্শনীয় স্থানই , English speaking guide দিয়ে ঘোরা , একটা বিশেষ প্রাপ্তি। আগামীদিনে আবারো কোথাও যাওয়ার ইচ্ছে রইল। After the trip to Greece and Turkey, I have to appreciate the Parichay organization, especially in this group we were all SrCtz. To show all of us around so many places in a beautiful way, surely deserves credit. Company specialty, comfortable travel at the right cost. Although the itinerary said light lunch, but we got full lunch every day, eating and drinking, and in addition to comfortable travel, every sightseeing place with English speaking guide is a special achievement. I want to go somewhere again in the future.

Last September we went to Europe tour with 19 heads . Right from the Kolkata airport we had not face any difficulties in respect of food , local bus journey , light lunch and specialy dinner in Indian restaurant . Mr Mukherjee the manager of our team was very much cooperative . One thing I have observed that whatever may be the number of tourists they never missed or extend or canceled the tour . Excellent service!! My in-laws and parents went on many tours(Europe, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Africa, Bali-Indonesia, Cambodia, Bangladesh) with Parichoy. Their quality, both in terms of accommodations and food is really good. They may seem little pricey compared to other tours, but you get what you pay for. I really appreciate the great deal of care they showed towards my parents and in-laws. I wish Mr. Mukherjee all the best! Hope the company flourishes!!

We enjoyed the 12-days pleasant trip to Paris, Switzerland, Italy, Vatican City and Doha. This is the first time we traveled with Parichay. Thanks to our group manager Sri Abhijit Chakraborty of "Parichay" for his competency in handling the group members and the entire trip efficiently. All arrangements during the trip appeared to be good. We are very happy to visit a part of Europe with the Parichay travel group during 25th May to 6th June, 2023. The itinerary was well planned and nicely organised with Indian dinners everyday. All the Hotels and transports were of very good standard. Special thanks and gratitude to the tour manager Sri Abhijit Chakraborty for his continuous attention and support to the team members. Tour was unique, places covered within this short period were very well chosen, and mostly unexplored in previous group tours undertaken by me. স্ক্যান্ডিনেভিয়া ঘোরার উদ্যেশে রওনা হয়ে আমরা প্রথমে হেলসিংকি ( ফিনল্যান্ড ) শহরে পৌঁছিয়েছিলাম । ফিনল্যান্ড হলো পাহাড় জঙ্গল আর সমুদ্রর মেলবন্ধন। ছোটবেলায় বই পড়ে জানতাম ছয়মাস দিন আর ছয় মাস রাত্রি। ক্লান্ত হয়ে রাত 10/11 টায় যখন ঘুমাতে যায় তখনও দিনের মত মনে হয়, ঘড়িতে সময় না দেখলে ঠাহর করে বোঝা মুশকিল দিন না রাত । মাঝ রাতে ঘুম ভাঙ্গলে জানলা দিয়ে পর্দার আড়ালে বাইরে দেখার চেষ্টা করেছি কিন্তু অন্ধকারের কোনও দেখা নেই। আকাশে মেঘ থাকলে অন্য কথা, তানাহলে বেশি রাতে আকাশে সূর্য না থাকলেও উজ্জ্বল আলো ঝলমল করে দিনের মতো। প্রোগ্রাম মতো Estoniya, Sweden, Finland, Norway Denmark ঘোরা শেষ হলো। বাস্তবে যে দেশগুলি ঘুরতে এসেছি আর যা দেখার ও জানার সূযোগ হলো সত্যি রোমাঞ্চকর, স্বপ্নের মতো । মনে হবে স্বর্গে এসেছি। এর আগেও কয়েকটি দেশ জীবনে ঘোরার সুযোগ হয়েছে তবে অন্য ট্র্যাভেল এজেন্সীর মাধ্যমে । তবে এবারের বিদেশ ঘোরার যে আনন্দ সপরিবারে পেলাম তা জীবনে স্মরণীয় হয়ে থাকবে। প্রথমতঃ 'Parichay tour & Holiday ' এর টিম লিডার শ্রী শঙ্কু মুখার্জির advance proper planning ও সঙ্গে থেকে গাইড করা বিশেষ করে যেখানে আমদের বেশির ভাগই হলাম senior citizen. একটা ঘটনার কথা না বললেই নয়, তাহলো এক cruise দুর্ভাগ্য বসত cancelled হয়ে যায়। সেক্ষেত্রে Mr Mukherjee অনায়াসে বলতে পারতেন "Sorry I am helpless". বাস্তবে উনি তা করেনি, ঘটনাটা আমাদের না জানিয়েই বিকল্প ব্যবস্থা করে আমাদের সকলের মুখে হাসি ফোটাতে পেরেছিলেন বিদেশের মাটিতে বসেও। তাই ওনার leadership এ আমাদের স্ক্যান্ডিনেভিয়া ট্যুর সার্থক ও সফল হয়েছে। ভবিষ্যতেও যেন ওনার মত tour guide পায় সে আশা করব। Mr Mukherjee ও Parichay Tour and Holiday কে আমাদের পরিবারের তরফে ধন্যবাদ ও শুভ কামনা রইলো। স্বপন কুমার সাহা ও পরিবার। Copenhagen, Denmark. 20.07.2023 A dream trip abroad is planned with money saved for years. However, it can be heartbreaking if it remains incomplete due to the mistake of the tour operator. This is what happened to us when we went on a trip with Travel Live in Kolkata. They cheated us, and we were very disappointed. How we found Parichay Tour & Holidays : We came in touch with Parichay Tour & Holidays through a leading newspaper ad. They were very helpful and understanding, and they listened to our concerns about our previous experience. They assured us that they would take care of everything, and they did not disappoint. Our experience with Parichay Tour & Holidays : Our Scandinavia tour from July 8, 2023 to July 22, 2023, was amazing. The itinerary was breathtaking, covering nature, heritage sites, and train and cruise journeys. We made unforgettable memories that we will cherish forever. We were accompanied by 24 other passengers on this trip, all of whom were excellent company. I would especially like to mention Mr. Jyotirmoy Pal, who became known to us as "the photographer friend." He was always willing to help us take photos and capture our memories, and he was a great source of knowledge about the places we visited. Mr. Sanku Mukherjee : Mr. Sanku Mukherjee, the team leader on behalf of Parichay Tour & Holidays, was very caring in all respects. He is sincere, has excellent behavior, and is caring by nature. He deserves praise for his utmost care for all the members. Food, lodging, and transportation : The food, lodging, and transportation arrangements were all excellent. I would like to specifically mention that the special dinner at the Indian restaurant was arranged nicely. Suggestions : I would suggest that Parichay Tour & Holidays arrange for some get-togethers and singing/poem/drama sessions during long journeys, whenever there is leisure time. This would give the travelers a chance to bond and make memories that they will cherish for a lifetime. Conclusion: We had a wonderful experience with Parichay Tour & Holidays. গ্রুপ ট্যুরে যাবার অভিজ্ঞ্যতা ছিল না একেবারেই , তাই বেশ সন্দিহান ছিলাম। তার ওপরে আমাদের ট্যুর ম্যানেজার ( শঙ্কু মুখার্জী ), যিনি বলেন তিনি একজন কর্মচারী মাত্র যাত্রার শুরুতেই এমন কড়া নির্দেশ দিয়েছিলেন বেশ ভয়ে ভয়েই ছিলাম। ও বাবা, পরে জানলাম তিনিই মালিক এবং নারকেলের মালার গাম্ভীর্যের আড়ালে লুকিয়ে রাখা এক অত্যন্ত প্রাণবন্ত, সহৃদয়, হাসি-খুশী মানুষ। এনার সান্নিধ্যে এবং আতিথেয়তায় কোথা দিয়ে যে কেটে গেলো ১২টি দিন বুঝতেই পারলাম না। এতো সুন্দর করে যে এই বিশাল ট্যুর পরিচালনা করা যায় সত্যিই আমরা বুঝতে পারি নি। তবে সমস্যা এই, এবারে হয়ত আমাদের বার্ষিক খরচ বেড়ে যাবে, কারণ... পরিচয় ট্যুর এবং সর্বোপরি শঙ্কু মুখার্জী। জয় হোক পরিচয় ট্যুরের , ভালোবাসা জানাই পরিচয় পরিবারের সবাইকে।

We had an amazing journey to Egypt from 23-12-23 to 3-01-24, fulfilling a dream we've harboured for a long time—to witness the majestic Pyramids. Our heartfelt thanks to Parichay Tours & Holidays for their meticulous arrangements, ensuring a seamlessly smooth trip. This marks our second adventure with Parichay, having been fortunate enough to explore Jordan and Israel on our previous excursion. The experience of witnessing ancient history come to life before our eyes was absolutely fascinating. Exploring iconic sites like the Great Pyramids, Valley of Kings, Abu Simbel, Luxor and Karnak temples, and topping it off with a delightful Nile Cruise was truly incredible. The cherry on the cake was celebrating the New Year in Hurghada, culminating in an unforgettable submarine experience. Grateful to Parichay for these remarkable memories!
